I Am No Longer Fleeting: Welcome to the 100th page of my digital sanctuary. This is a very special milestone in my journey as the Geologist of the Soul. Today, I am reflecting on the profound transformation of my self-worth in a post titled I Am No Longer Fleeting. For many years, I felt like a candle in the wind, easily extinguished by the opinions and actions of others. I lived my life as a passing cloud, always moving and never feeling grounded. As a former mineralogy engineer, I understand that some materials are transient while others are eternal. I had to go through intense tectonic shifts—breast cancer and a painful divorce—to realize that I was meant to be the bedrock, not the dust.
From a Passing Cloud to Solid Ground
In my youth, I viewed love as a form of disappearance. I thought that by being a colorful butterfly or a candle for someone else, I was fulfilling my purpose. However, the erosion of those old relationships taught me a vital lesson. I realized that what is hidden for too long never gets a chance to crystallize. Since moving to France and finding my Malachite peace, my internal architecture has changed completely. I am no longer defined by the distances I conquer for others. Instead, I am defined by the roots I have planted within myself. Consequently, I have moved from the noise of uncertainty to the clarity of being. I Am No Longer Fleeting because I have chosen to become the earth.

Nisam više prolazna
Ti si meni bio sol u moru,
a ja tebi svijeća na vjetru.
a ja za tebe oblak koji prolazi.
a ja za tebe šareni leptir.
Nisam vjetar, ni oblak, ni trenutak.
Ja ostajem.
a ti nisi više moj centar svijeta.
I Am No Longer Fleeting
You were to me the salt in the sea,
and I to you a candle in the wind.
and I for you a cloud passing by.
and I for you a colorful butterfly.
I am not the wind, nor the cloud, nor the moment.
I remain.
and you are no longer my center of the world.
But I know that I wouldn’t be interested in you at all.
