How My Stories are Born
Within each of us lies a deep well from which emotions spring before the mind even has time to name them. While most people write from a comfortable, philosophical distance—dissecting life as observers—I must enter my own tissue. Indeed, writing for me is not merely an escape; it is precise internal work. To extract a single emotion from that chaotic underground requires a surgical olfactory and temporal balance. Therefore, every detail must remain intact: the air temperature, the scent of silence, and the density of that old moment that returns through meditation. This is fundamentally **how my stories are born**.
The Interior Architecture of Emotion
Yet, the paradox is that other people’s charged emotions can completely shatter me. That is why in literature and texts I seek philosophy so much—a pure structure, a sharp edge of thought that first employs the brain, and only then, very slowly, lets the feeling through to the heart. In my case, these mechanisms move in a specific rhythm: an alternating series of emotions builds pressure that must eventually collide with the cold logic of the brain. Consequently, when stress tightens the muscles, I withdraw into a three-day silence. Alone with myself, without external noise, I look for that one point of breakdown from which a solution is born.
From Pressure to Verdict
When that knot finally unwinds and when the brain delivers a clear verdict, the crucial transition occurs. Writing then becomes a finished job—an archived truth brought into the light of day. Moreover, I do not write to unburden myself by force, but to reach a hand across the table. Specifically, it is like a conversation over coffee, with the aim that someone else might read and recognize their own storm. This is the essence of my Internal Crystallization.
The Inextinguishable Smile
For in the end, no matter how much life throws us up and down, my vector always points up. And after every storm, when the layers settle, that same, indestructible smile returns to my face. Indeed, this resilience is **how my stories are born**. Slijedom toga, this upward trajectory defines the Geography of Grace I live by.
Comment naissent mes histoires
