In this reflection, I want to say: Don’t Give Up Generation, because our stories are not over yet. As a soul geologist and former mineralogy engineer, I have spent decades observing how the earth carries its history in deep, hidden layers. I believe that we, as a generation, carry a similar wisdom in our hearts. We have faced the tectonic shifts of history, personal loss, and health challenges like breast cancer. However, these experiences have only added to the beauty of our internal landscape. We are like ancient stones—weathered by the wind, but stronger because of it.

Ne trebaju meni suze, dosta ih je bilo u mom životu. Ne trebaju mi ni boli, jer i njih sam previše nosila.
Tuga mi ne treba ni jedan dan, godinama sam je čuvala u sebi. Dosta je bilo svega što mi je nanosilo bol.
Kad se čovjek probudi iz sna nesreće, poželi započeti dan s osmijehom, da mu se sunce ponovo pojavi u životu. Jer život nije dug, i tjera nas da idemo dalje bez milosti i bez čekanja.
Imati sretan život znači biti zadovoljan sobom, biti zahvalan što si živ i što si ovdje, među živima.
Ne dozvoli da ti jedan dan više bude tužan i bolan. Ne daj se, generacijo — svi su to prošli, pa ćemo i mi.

Je n’ai pas besoin de larmes, il y en a eu assez dans ma vie. Je n’ai pas besoin de douleurs, car je les ai trop portées.
Je n’ai besoin de tristesse pas un seul jour, je l’ai gardée en moi pendant des années. C’en est assez de tout ce qui me faisait mal.
Quand l’homme se réveille du rêve du malheur, il veut commencer la journée avec un sourire, pour que le soleil réapparaisse dans sa vie.
Avoir une vie heureuse signifie être satisfait de soi, être reconnaissant d’être vivant et d’être ici, parmi les vivants.
Ne laisse plus un seul jour être triste et douloureux. Tiens bon, ma génération — tous l’ont traversé, et nous le ferons aussi.

I don’t need sadness for a single day, I kept it inside for years. Enough is enough of everything that caused me pain.
When a man wakes up from the dream of misfortune, he wants to start the day with a smile, for the sun to reappear in his life.
Having a happy life means being satisfied with yourself, being grateful to be alive and to be here, among the living.
Do not let one more day be sad and painful. Don’t give up, generation — everyone has gone through it, and so will we.
