True freedom is the quiet ability to disconnect from the digital noise. In the serene landscapes of France, I found this liberating truth. This state of being is more than just an abstract concept. It is a profound internal architecture for the modern soul. This search for true freedom helps me process the importance of presence. As a highly sensitive person, I prioritize looking at the world without a screen. It turns old tectonic distractions into a stable, Malachite peace. Within these unplugged intervals, the spirit finally finds its authentic rhythm. We move from the flicker of notifications to the clarity of the horizon. The modern world often confuses connectivity with actual liberty. However, I choose the quiet elegance of real-world connection. This path is a mineral-rich space for our genuine growth. By looking up, we reclaim our radiant, enduring strength.

Sloboda

Freedom

Looking at people, I realize that many think they are free, but that is not true at all. We all say we are free, yet real freedom is far away. The phrase “being free” is often associated with war or prison. I am not talking about that. I mean people who are free, at liberty — are they truly free?

Look around you. How do people walk? Are they relaxed, smiling, enjoying their day? Of course not. Everyone is focused on their path, not looking at other passersby, not daring to start a conversation because they fear who they might meet.

Their only friend is the mobile phone, which tells them everything — what is happening in the city, politics, weather, what will happen. If they want company, they will find it through their phone, with friends and acquaintances around the world, but they will not look at the neighbor who also wants to see all of that.

Life has truly become tied to the mobile phone. It doesn’t matter what is happening around us — we will read it on the screen anyway. Are we free? In my opinion, today’s way of life increasingly depends on phones, and the sooner we accept it, the more our freedom will slowly vanish.

It’s a shame, because life was much more beautiful as it once was. Perhaps we should occasionally put down the phone and look around — maybe freedom is exactly in those moments.
