The gels of life act as both a cleanser for the past and a foundation for the future. In the quiet, restorative air of France, I discovered the power of these emotional rituals. This concept is more than just a metaphor for healing. It is a profound internal architecture for a spirit that seeks to wash away old wounds while firming up new boundaries. Understanding the gels of life helps me process the transitions of my journey with clarity and grace. As a highly sensitive person, I use these symbolic textures to soothe the fractures of the soul. It turns old tectonic scars into a stable, Malachite peace. Within these transformative intervals, the spirit finally finds its authentic rhythm. We move from the friction of pain to the smoothness of inner strength. I choose the quiet elegance of this ritualistic growth. This path is a mineral-rich space for our authentic lives. By purifying our path, we reclaim our radiant, enduring strength.

The Gels of My Life: Hands that wash away the past and solidify the future, symbolizing the strength of decision and the purity of a new beginning

Gelovi mog života

Gelovi mog života —
od pranja do učvršćivanja,
od vidljivih rituala do skrivenih trenutaka zaštite.
Ovo je priča o oslobađanju, snazi i prisutnosti.
Ovo ide od jutros
prema jučer,
prema davno jučer
i još dalje —
prema onom gotovo zaboravljenom jučer.
Jutros sam promijenila posteljinu
i otvorila prozor
da uđe miris kiše.
Prije mjesec dana odbacila sam pušenje
koje sam nosila četrdeset godina.
Odmah nakon te odluke
nanijela sam gel za učvršćivanje —
da stabiliziram izbor
i snagu koja je došla s njim.
Prije pet godina, na smrt moje majke,
uzela sam ključeve svog stana
i učvrstila njezine riječi: „Čuvaj stan.“
I tada sam posegnula za gelom učvršćivanja —
da sačuvam ravnotežu
koju je ta odluka tražila.
Prije deset godina
oprala sam svoje tijelo od prevare, izdaja
i odlazaka drugih iz mog života.
Tada sam upotrijebila i hidroalkoholni gel
da neutraliziram zaostalu „bakteriju“ prošlosti —
rane koje su drugi napravili.
Trebalo je vrijeme. I nada.
Sjećam se pranja tijela
pred put u život bez roditelja, bez ikoga —
stabilna
i svoja.

stable
et moi-même.

The Gels of My Life

The gels of my life —
from washing to fixing,
from visible rituals to hidden moments of protection.
This is a story of liberation, strength, and presence.
This goes from this morning
to yesterday,
to long ago yesterday
and even further —
to that almost forgotten yesterday.
This morning I changed the sheets
and opened the window
to let the smell of rain in.
A month ago, I discarded smoking
which I carried for forty years.
Immediately after that decision,
I applied a fixing gel —
to stabilize the choice
and the strength that came with it.
Five years ago, at my mother’s death,
I took the keys to my apartment
and fixed her words: “Keep the apartment.”
And then I reached for the fixing gel —
to keep the balance
that decision required.
Ten years ago,
I washed my body from deceit, betrayals,
and others leaving my life.
Then I also used hydroalcoholic gel
to neutralize the residual “bacteria” of the past —
wounds others made.
It took time. And hope.
I remember washing my body
before leaving for a life without parents, without anyone —
into a world where I was alone with myself.
Then I applied the fixing gel again —
prepared myself for the stability
I needed in a life of independence.
The gels of my life —
to remain clean,
stable,
and myself.
